The Gîte is a characteristic spacious and comfortable building made of stones found in the neighbourhood and situated at the southern limit of Nadalie. On the ground-floor the building has a cosy and modern dining-kitchen with a free view, a living with a wood-stove, a hall and a toilet.


On the first level there are three bedrooms with 6 quality beds (90x200), a bath room width a rain shower and a 2nd toilet.


From the kitchen you can reach the terras and a shady part of the garden. During the renovation characteristic details have been integrated with modern living comfort. In the southern façade new openings are created, using limestone cornerstones from a quarry in the Lot. The main gate has been lowered by using red bricks from Fumel. This principle is often applied in the Lot to be able to create a ceiling in an existing barn. Inside the building the oak beams remain visible and the are pronounced by the light-colored plaster. Because of the thickness of the walls and the good insulation the building is pleasantly cool during the summer and thanks to the wood-stove and floor-heating comfortable warm in the winter.
